Adele has worked with every style of gown and bridal fabric imaginable, from classic satin to modern tulle, illusion lace and intricate embellished designs.
She takes immense pride in her craft, treating every dress that passes through her hands with the same care and attention as if it were her own.
Adele works closely with every bride, listening carefully to your vision and using her wealth of expertise to ensure your gown fits you perfectly, feels comfortable and looks absolutely breathtaking on your special day.

Hannah brings a wonderful blend of precision, creativity and warmth to our in-house team at Dotty Bridal. With a natural talent for garment construction and a genuine love for bridal wear, she has spent years honing her craft across a wide range of wedding dress styles and fabrics.
Specialising in delicate lace work, intricate beading and complex fit adjustments, Hannah has a keen eye for detail that ensures every stitch is perfectly placed. Elise is a talented and enthusiastic addition to our in-house alterations team at Dotty Bridal, bringing fresh energy, a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for bridal craftsmanship.
 Elise has quickly developed a special appreciation for the delicate art of wedding dress alterations. She excels in careful hand-stitching, fabric preparation and the meticulous finishing touches that make a gown truly special – from pressing and steaming to securing buttons, loops and delicate trims.
Working closely alongside Adele and Hannah, Elise is constantly refining her skills and learning from their experience. She takes enormous pride in contributing to each bride’s journey, and her gentle, friendly manner helps make every fitting a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Elise treats every dress with the utmost care, ensuring it leaves our workshop looking immaculate and ready for your special day.

Shauna is the friendly, organised first point of contact for all brides joining our alterations journey at Dotty Bridal – the person who ensures everything runs smoothly from your very first enquiry right through to collection.
As our operations manager, Shauna handles all appointment bookings, carefully scheduling fittings at times that work around your wedding countdown and the availability of our seamstresses. She provides clear, transparent quotes for all alteration work after your initial fitting, manages invoices and payments, and is always on hand to answer any questions you may have about timelines, pricing or what to expect at each stage.
With excellent organisational skills and a warm, approachable manner, Shauna keeps our busy workshop running like clockwork. She liaises closely with the entire team – our seamstresses, sewing assistants and fitting specialists – to make sure every gown is progressing on schedule and nothing is overlooked. Brides often comment on how reassuring it is to have Shauna coordinating everything; she takes the stress out of the logistics, leaving you free to enjoy the exciting process of perfecting your dream dress.

As team leader, Chelsea is responsible for designing and maintaining clear, effective workflows that ensure every alteration project progresses smoothly from start to finish. She carefully assesses each dress and its requirements, then assigns tasks to the most suitable seamstress or sewing assistant based on their individual strengths, expertise and current workload. This thoughtful allocation of work means our team always operates at its best, with every member focused on the tasks they excel at.
Chelsea keeps a close eye on all active projects, monitoring progress against each bride’s wedding date and adjusting schedules when needed to ensure nothing falls behind. Her ability to anticipate potential challenges and plan ahead means our workshop runs efficiently, even during the busiest periods. While her primary focus is on team organisation and task management, Chelsea also brings a solid understanding of bridal construction and is always on hand to offer guidance or support to the team whenever it’s needed.

Maria is the quiet backbone of our in-house alterations workshop at Dotty Bridal – a highly skilled and reliable senior sewing assistant whose meticulous work ensures every gown receives the care and attention it deserves, even though brides may not meet her directly.
With extensive experience in bridal garment construction and a methodical, precise approach, Maria handles a wide range of essential tasks behind the scenes. She expertly prepares fabrics, carries out complex stitching work, reinforces seams, secures intricate embellishments and ensures every component of a dress is perfectly assembled before it reaches the final fitting stage.
Working in perfect harmony with Adele, Hannah and Elise, Maria is the team’s “safe pair of hands” – someone they trust completely to deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship on every gown. Her dedication to excellence and her deep understanding of bridal construction mean that even the parts of the process brides never see are carried out to the very highest standard. Maria takes enormous pride in knowing that her craftsmanship plays a vital part in helping each bride look and feel absolutely perfect on her wedding day.

Hayley is a bright and dedicated junior sewing assistant who plays an essential role in keeping our Dotty Bridal alterations workshop running smoothly and efficiently.
With a genuine enthusiasm for bridal wear and a strong work ethic, Hayley supports the entire team with a wide range of important tasks. She carefully prepares gowns for alteration, organises materials and threads, carries out precise stitching work, and helps with the pressing, steaming and final presentation of each dress. Though she works mostly behind the scenes and doesn’t meet brides directly, Hayley understands that every task she completes contributes to making a bride’s wedding day perfect.
Eager to learn and always willing to go the extra mile, Hayley works closely alongside Maria and our seamstresses, developing her skills and absorbing the expertise of the more experienced team members. Her careful attention to detail and positive, can-do attitude make her a valued part of our workshop family, ensuring that every gown receives the care and respect it deserves at every stage of the alteration process.

Dale is the friendly face who helps bring everything together at the final stage of your alteration journey at Dotty Bridal, playing a key role in making sure your dress is absolutely perfect for collection and your big day.
With a calm, patient manner and a genuine care for every bride’s experience, Dale works closely with our seamstresses during final fittings to help you into your gown, adjust any last-minute details and ensure the fit feels just right. Dale takes the time to walk you through important practicalities too – from how to bustle your train correctly and fasten all buttons and loops, to how to handle and transport your dress safely.
